By buying SAS Plus - of 4 flights, only one sit was possible to choose free, the rest- 10 EUR each! On the 4th flight- I had a choice only between seats far away- only 18 th row was available, this one is not operated by SAS, but by Estonian “Xfly”. Some business class! Won’t save profile changes- adding address and phone number is impossible.

Working with no issues but it is totally basic and boring with layout

It simply does not work, it won’t add my booking, won’t let me check in, the website is just as awful as the app - is this really the best you can do SAS?

It’s tragic! 1. I can’t check in, simply doesn’t work. 2. Even if you’ll check in thru the browser your app can’t see it. Can’t even remember your bookings, u need to tap ref number each time to find them. 3. Ok, got checked in via browser... try to download your birding pass to your apple wallet.. not an option! 4. Layout.. omg, please.. So.. what they made this app for? To make their passengers angry, ain’t see any other explanation.

But remember when adding flight reference add Airline booking reference and not Main booking reference. I tried to put in the first one and it didn’t find my booking 😉

It is point-less to download that app as it is not doing what it was meant to do.

I'm traveling to Denmark at least twice a month and this app doesn't really support passbook. I've never been able for it to actually download the pass even to the app itself. Very poor promise of a travel companion.
