Sensa is a subscription-based app that offers several subscription options, starting from $30.99.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled 48 hours before renewal. The subscription can be canceled by logging in to your personal account in the app, going to the subscription management page, logging into the Sensa subscription management page through the website, or contacting the customer support team via [email protected]. If the subscription is purchased through the App Store, it can be canceled only through your Apple account. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel the subscription.

No sirve. Me quitaron el acceso antes de la fecha que me dijeron iba a poder tener acceso. Al reclamar me dijeron que tendría una devolución del 50% y después me dijeron que al final no lo harían. ¿Por que ellos mismos me sugirieron devolverme el dinero y dos días después me dijeron que eso no lo pueden hacer? Ni idea. Se pasan la bolita para intentar contener un desastre de aplicación pero quedan todavía peor. Además la aplicación en si no sirve para lo que dice. Tal cual es escribir en un diario y te comparte con dificultades supuestos consejos genéricos e información para tu problema que puedes encontrar en cualquier lado.

Una aplicación sin funcionalidad, solo sirve como alarma aún cuando pagas el plan, no tienen ningún interés en aportarte algo y el sistema de reembolsos aún peor

Me cobraron 60 US por esta app que lo único que hace es poner como te sentis hoy y escribir en un diario, hice el reclamo para que me devuelvan mi dinero y me dijeron que solo me reembolsarían el 50%, lo sigo esperando porque nunca me devolvieron nada u. Desastre!!!!

They double charge you for duplicate subscriptions without your knowledge

Be aware of duplicate subscriptions and double charges!! I purchased one recurring 6-month subscription from sensa health in Dec. 2022, and I canceled it in June 2023. Just a few days ago, I noticed that I have still been charged every six-month beyond the cancelation date in June 2023. I checked my subscription management page, and it was showing (and is still showing) that I had cancelled my subscription in June 2023, and I have had no active subscriptions since then. I checked my older bank statements and realized I was double charged at the time of the initial purchase of the subscription in Dec. 2022. I contacted Sensa Health about the issue, and they told me that I had purchased two subscriptions under my account, and my cancelation request only applied to one of them, and therefore the second one was getting renewed every six months. (How is it even possible to sell duplicate subscription at once to one single user account??! How is it even possible for one user account to use two separate identical subscriptions at once??!) I explained to them that I did not have any knowledge of the second subscription and no access to it via my subscription management page. My account did not and still does not show any information about this second subscription, and I would have never become aware of that if I did not catch the unauthorized charges on my bank account and contacted Sensa about it. After a lot of back and forth emails, they still do not acknowledge the fact that there is an error in their system management system which lets selling duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account, and yet, does not give the user any access to the duplicate subscription so it can be known of, and canceled. There have been four unauthorized charges over 1.5 years for this duplicate subscription (which again I have had no way to access and be aware of). Sensa health is telling me that I was charged for subscription renewal because I had not canceled it, and as “a kind gesture” (which is actually insulting under the current circumstances) they can refund me only for the last unauthorized charge. Why should l, as a costumer, be responsible and pay for an evident error (if hopefully not scam) in their system, which sell duplicate subscriptions at once to one single account without providing any access to see and manage this duplicate subscription??????? I will provide an update if anything changes! In the meantime, Be aware if you are planning to subscrib
