Ads break experience

In an emergency, iv had to wait for ads before I can contact my child. Kids could die because parents can’t reach in time

Junk Apps ever

I wouldn’t want to give even one star!! Wasted of money, when you want to check kids location, Ada never finish, and can’t even close it. Do NOT buy!!!

Comes with lot of annoying ads

Good app, but I am giving low rating because of annoying ads. Its not easy to close them, I assume thats the idea behind it. There were no ads in the initial releases and worked like charm. Now every update gives me more ads and its getting harder to use the app which is the primary goal.

Could be better

Helpful to know where your kids are but the tracking is slow and often inaccurate. Often the voice message or text fails. But nice colours and it’s given us peace of mind.

New Zealand daylight saving is +13 GMT and this app only have +12.5 GMT.

we live in nz and the watch doesn’t account for daylight savings and so the time is incorrect

High cost to get ads

We didn’t pay 150 each watch to have an app that constantly runs ads. Essentially it’s not a free app because to use it you need the watches. Then to find out put the SIM cards need to be on a plan just to work? Far from impressed. So far it’s cost us about 400 and not reliable with location or updating. We are tempted to retuned them for a refund as it’s not what we expected for what we paid.

Too many ads

Bought this watch for my son. There’s 10- 30 seconds ads every time I need to check message or use the app, and sometimes you can’t skip it! This is child’s watch, should not allow ads. What if I need to use it urgently and can’t because of ads. The ads should be cancelled! You don’t need to watch ads before you use WeChat or WhatsApp! The ads should be cancelled!
