Watch don’t have registration code on it to use app

Watch won’t work

Could be better

At first, the app was working perfectly! But then, it starts not tracking anymore, my daughter send me messages through the CHAT, but me and my husband don’t receive any messages from her in the app and we can’t send messages to her in the app, just through the SIM CARD. Could you please, fix it?

Rubbish!

This app is awful so far. I downloaded it. Registered an account. And since cannot log in. It just will not open

App is generally. Ads should be removed for Free as they pop up too much when you are trying to launch app

Issues for the last few months

For the last few months the app isn’t functioning properly. Shows wrong location and no tracking anymore. The app worked much better last year

GPS is not good

Go’s really needs improvement shows users as being at least 5km from real location ALL the time.

Change the spelling of my email hence I never get to sign in or get a password reset

I have bought the watch with phone and sos button for my elderly mum however it doesn’t take any sim and so is not allowing to set SOS numbers on the app and neither on the phone. I thought to try the app SeTrack2 in case is easier to set up the new phone but instead it not allow me to register as a new customer even though I just bought a watch and it change my icloud.com email into icloud.con over and over as soon as I correct it therefore it prevented me from signing in with my previous account or a new one and it constantly send the new password to this icloud.con email address which I have not type in and can’t be connected nor does exist. Very upsetting because I will have to send back the watch as is useless without the app .

Poor app

App is poor, gps location is useless as it is inaccurate. Battery life, camera quality, very poor on the watch. Watch uses way too much data while doing nothing.

Good functionality - customer experience just okay

The app works quite well but is not designed with the customer in mind and takes some time to get used to. There are no demos in the app or user signposting. Some of the terminology is hard to understand as it seems to be have been written by non-native English speakers.
