The app has been broken for weeks. I can’t add or remove items from the list. It looks like it works for a second or two, but then it reverts back to the original list. I didn’t write a review at first, surely the developers must be working on a fix! But now I have my doubts. Does anyone working on this app ever use it?

This supposed ‘app’ is impossible to navigate/use. It takes me absolutely nowhere and is a total waste of time. I will have to make an unnecessary trip to the local store to attempt to have one of the staff explain this complicated/worthless app just to try and determine what my reward points are. The old system of telephone number at checkout has worked for years without any problem. Why this need to fix something that was not broken. Additionally I would like to point out that not every single person has a smart phone to access this worthless ‘app’.

Does not recognize a ZIP Code or location

Can’t delete items in my list. Can’t add new items to my list. Can’t change item quantities. Utter garbage

They changed the way you view the weekly ads. Now you can’t hardly read them they are so small. You can’t zoom in on what you want, you can only make them bigger to where you can only see a corner of the ads.

Did the app designer even test this on iPad? Many issues but worst is forcing use of portrait mode with side by side ad pages (teeny tiny type even on full size iPad) and enlarging only works on the left side page! No way to enlarge the tiny type on the right side pages. Also does not include nutritional info or ingredients on many products. Latest upgrade is no improvement. Terrible app.

The only thing my app shows is that “my Albertson’s store” is a In another state. I tried at least five times to change it to my local store but the app refuses to accept my entries. My “local” store 600 miles away, my email and my password are all I can do. I’d give a zero if could.

The digital deals are a real pain in the butt! They’re hard to find hard to load and half the time you don’t even get the discount after doing all that messing around! I surely wish you would quit doing the digital deals. Just give us a discount or not and leave us alone!

This app never works! Complete waste!!

The IT folks really need to SIMPLIFY their app! You can tell it’s not designed for average people. It’s always a challenge to navigate.
