Version 8.23.1: A bug has been introduced wherein half of the iOS notifications lead to a 'something went wrong' error. The app was fine before. Please revert to previous. Additional Review (a year or two after the above): The above was never fixed. It seems to happen whenever you don't have time to attend to any notification within a certain number of hours (maybe 24 hours?). New problem: Now the app frequently logs you out against your will, but continues to send you notifications as normal, which simply lead to a barrier (log-in) screen. Finally deleted. Sad. Tidio is/was quite good.

If u dont need the chatbot feature, the free plan has got u covered with unlimited live chat. Its amazing. Their interface is very easy to use too. Just one comment i wish the side bar feature is available on mobile too.

Installed this app for my business website and it’s working excellent. The notifications received on my phone make it simple to interact with customers and won’t miss any enquiry. Recommend ++

Simple to use and works really well.

The app doesn’t work. Couldn’t connect to messenger so I went to the live chat for support. Ironically no one answered. These losers can’t even get this app to work for their own business let alone anyone else’s. Lol don’t even think about going on the paid plan, you’re better off giving your money to a Nigerian prince

We are getting messages but never a notification so we can’t answer in time. We look like we give really bad customer service. Assume this is because we are in Australia and get left behind, whilst paying same price, as usual??
