Muy buen app pero con la actualización nueva de la colocación de los alimentos no me gusta no llevas algo como antes

I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s a great app although I miss when they used to use memes and cute stickers when you finish fasting, they made me feel good 😂

I’ve been trying a lot of fasting apps and to be honest, this is the most complete on the App Store, everyone can used it from a person who doesn’t have any idea of what fasting is to the most experienced. It’s a great app I recommend it to everybody who wants to give an opportunity to this great lifestyle.

The app is very user friendly once you understand the premise of it. I love the articles and feedback. I’m still learning the app. So far, it’s exactly what I need.

I started intermittent fasting with Simple in July and I’ve lost over 50 pounds! The Avo coach is so helpful and this app is great!

I do like the app. It was just what I needed to get on the right path with fasting. I wish there was a “skip today” button. I have decided to fast during the week but not on weekends, but the app still sends all the notifications.
