Adding list in Liquid Intake

Can we have honey/lemon water or just lemon water (not infused water with lemon) in ‘Liquid Intake’? And could you include herbal juice too (ie. tumeric juice, curcumae juice). In my country we drink them fresh without sugar.

Give us option to make things simpler

Please make this app simpler! We need that circular thing by which we can manually start and end our fasting. I understand some people may need the automation. But at least givee people option to manually start and end their fastings. In real life not every thing goes as planned.

Used this on my old phone and took a break for months, it used to be so good and actually simple and the plans worked for me. Now, everything is soo complicated, part of the reason it worked for me was because of how simple it was, it made me think that it was doable hence it worked (lost 30kg). now you need to measure your intake and all with cups n all and it ruins my mindset of dieting. I get it might be better and healthier but you should make it an option to make it actually simple like how it was couple of months ago. The app itself runs well tho.

please add more menu like indonesian food or asian food it’s hard to log in to a meal when you don’t have it in the menu

So, on march, simple was really simple. To log a meal, just tap in what ingredients of the food. But on june - early august, to log a meal, not just tap in ehat ingredients of the food but also chose how many grams of the ingredients/foods are. Can it be more consistent?

Sometimes between the fasting time I access the app just to see what is the current body status. It will be nice if we can see it from widget so we don’t need to access the app only to check it. Please make it happen, it would be great!
