Llevo desde el año pasado tratando de cancelar esta aplicación, ya renovaron la suscripción. Ya escribí al correo y hasta ahora no tengo respuesta, el link para cancelar no existe.

Necesito que me den respuesta por cargos no autorizados en la cuenta y aparte que se elimine mi información cuando la cuenta ya no está en existencia
