Pourquoi ?
Pourquoi remplacer l’Assistant SNCF par cette application qui ne reprend pas toutes les fonctionnalités ? L’ancienne application permettait de recevoir des alertes à propos des retards, de l’assignation des voies etc … On pouvait s’inscrire pour un voyage plusieurs jours à l’avance. Ici à 7:30 impossible de visualiser le TGV qui part de Bruxelles - Midi à 8:17. Il n’apparaît pas dans la liste et cette liste est la seule option. Cette application ne me sert à rien.
More clarity for ticket retrieval
The app on itself is not bad but please do something about the clarification that tickets that are booked hereon and cannot be issued as e-tickets with QR code, such as an ICE train from Brussels to Frankfurt for instance; that they can only be picked up from a machine “ Borne libre-Service SNCF “ INSIDE FRANCE and NOT in Belgium. Every day i see lots of travellers tricked with this in Brussels and having thus no access whatsoever to their booked tickets. Really should be stated more clearly ..
Gros problème avec oui SNCF
Lors de la grève de ce 5 novembre 2019 , je reçois un mail de SNCF pour me signaler que mon train est annulé. Impossible de me faire rembourser car pas de trace de mon dossier sur le site et sur l’application . J’ai du téléphone 8 fois avant d’avoir une personne qui a enfin retrouvé mon dossier ! Il paraît qu’il y a eu un « petit problème « ! Pénible vraiment !! NE JAMAIS UTILISER CETTE APPLICATION . !!! Service lamentable, j’ai dû appeler 11 fois pour annuler un billet alors que j’y avais droit ! Chaque fois que la personne ne peut régler votre problème elle vous raccroche au nez !! Agence sncf à bannir à tous jamais !! Passer directement à la sncf mais pas cette soit disant agence !!
Money trap! No discounts
I rarely write reviews however i intentionally looked for and write this review with the aim of heling someone out. I am a frequent traveler from Brussels to Paris and Strasbourg. Not a single time got l any discount on any travel! I simply couldn't get the money i gave invested. Keep away save your money. You re warned!
Practical & easy to use
My experience is that its very easy to use, factoring in profiles with rail cards etc. Displaying options, prices and issuing tickets that can be added to an apple wallet. The best rail app that I have seen. Fast, and so far I have experienced no bugs.

C’est à croire qu’on fait tout pour nous pousser à ne surtout PAS UTILISER DE TRAINS Déjà que les prix sont de base excessivement chers, si vous prenez une assurance soyez certains que vous ne serez pas remboursé ! Quand vous ferez la demande on vous renverra balader vers d’autres groupes et vous ne récupérerez jamais votre argent
