Looks useful to get my tickets and to get announcements on the trains. One feature to be aware of is that if you ask for a train after 15:05, the app seems to translate this into 16:05, because I am currently in the UK. If I give a time, I expect to be working in the local time zone. Perhaps this could be a setting option? Mais, merci pour tous.
It doesn’t seem to be related to SNCF in terms of the interface. Not very intuitive to use. I’d rather use the UK Trainline app and just pay more.
Attention, il y’a plusieurs bugs. Quand cherchant pour en billet, puis retournant au dernier écran pour changer la destination, souvent ca modifie les paramètres de recherche sans préavis. J’ai acheté une Carte Avantage dans l’application, mais la carte n’apparaît pas. Des fois, quand je cherche pour un billet, aucun trajet n’est affiché, même s’ils existent. Par exemple, quand il faut prendre plusieurs TERs. Quand vous partagez votre voyage, le lien leur donne la permission de changer votre voyage, sans vous demandé. L’appli ne fonctionne pas bien si votre nom de famille contient un apostrophe. Je recommande d’utiliser d’autres applications pour vérifier les trajets disponibles. Puis faites attention que votre paramètres de recherche n’ont pas été modifié par l’application SNCF Connect. Ces bugs existent depuis plus d’années. C’est évident que les développeurs n’ont pas testé cet application comme il faut.
Still lots of bugs - o/w impossible de buy or renew my « carte avantage » because I have lost my number. The app simply would not want to sell me a new one
The app as a whole is dreadful, and it’s somehow even worse if you use it from a different timezone.
I’m honestly surprised at how good this app is. The entire UI and UX is brilliantly thought out. I’m French and I know we can be a bit traditional but this is super modern and very much to date. Bravo to all the team, I’m super proud France made a cool app like this.
I can’t even get into the app. After I have activated it all goes blank. Useless site.
I found it as useless as their website. It doesn’t allow you to buy tickets or even find journeys. Constantly giving all sorts of error messages.
I have used this app regularly for the past three years and have previously been very satisfied. This is sadly no longer the case. I can easily log in on my iPad and my iMac however, on using the same log in details on my iPhone the app tells me the username or password is incorrect. They are correct. I have tried to seek help through the website but it just sends me around in circles. I have sent a message via Facebook Messenger but after three days no one has replied. I am feeling very frustrated and annoyed by this poor level of service. Please help.
I have been trying to book tickets on the App and it is impossible as the booking system will not complete my request.
