Game w/o support
Nice game but no guarantie you receive what you peid for, terrible support and bugs in the game spreading like plaque… if you want some negative gaming experience, go for it. Your desire will be satisfied 🤣
Lagging game
Recently the game has very poor stability and responsiveness - connection is crashing or is slow, it takes 5-15 sec to respond to a command/a click, which makes the game unplayable in some scenarios

good but only when they care
game was enjoyable until i met bully player who attack me on sight and switch account twice and jump up on 10 lvl from 45 to 55 and support never cared even is against terms after this, game is ok but i switched to free to play slow mode and hope once they make quality of life updates instead new content. also i like to see ability to send cargo from ship to ship in systems and switch crew on ship out of base once.
Pay to play
I've been playing this game for several years. It started as engaging game that was free to play and possibility to pay for some small boost. Later it became play to win game where you could buy better ships or researches or some advanced skins for weapons and ships that gave you upper hand. Now it is pay to play as you need to pay for some boosts or some tokens to participate in events or even to be able to try to compete with others. And amount of money it requires to pay for this things is ridiculous. I mean 100€ euro to small amount of resources you need to first play 5 days to be able to acquire? This game became rubbish. I don't mind spending money on game I like. But amount of bugs and amount of money it requires is insane.

The game itsself is quite intersting. Takes a lot time and money. But their customer suppport is as good as useless. Best thing you can do is find another game to have fun. Edit: support solved my case after 6 days, when my account was locked out due to update issue. No compensation at all.
