App doesn’t work. Verification loop
App doesn’t let me add a booking. Asks for verification. Code by phone never arrives.> Change code to email> Email arrives> enter code > next page asks for verification again. But email no longer arrives.

This app is a joke. It just doesn’t work and they know it. It is impossible to add luggage, meals or what ever. I hope they have organized their planes better.This is the last time I have booked a flight with them.

This company is a joke
Cabin baggage size is smaller than the cheapest low costs. And they check in your cabin baggage even when the flight is not full. What a joke. Now I have to wait for the baggage drop. What a joke!

Still a lot of room for improvements
UX from this app is the worst compareded to other air companies. Even though I am logged, it requires validation code when I want to modify my booking. If I want to add extras to my booking, the app does not allow me to pay for it and conclude the transaction. When trying to fetch data from my booking, it keeps loading forever until I give up and get it from the browser (again, informing validation code even when I am logged in). If I want to use browser, only Chrome is fully supported. Function like payments are not supported by Safari (I am using the most recent version of iOS). Terrible…
Totaler Mist
Diese App ist totaler Mist, nichts funktioniert nicht einmal die Basis Flug suche es wird kein Flughafen gefunden. Ich weiß nicht welche Schwachköpfe hier als Programmierer arbeiten. Die ganze IT Abteilung gehört gefeuert für diese müde Leistung ist 1 Stern noch zu viel!! Schaut mal bei KLM oder Lufthansa wie’s geht. So wie die App ist der Service der Airline Schrott!
Ik kan geen retour prijzen zien
Als je een retourvlucht wil boeken dan krijg je de vervelende pop up voor een stopover. Echter, kan je alleen op confirm stopover drukken en niet without. Op deze app en de telefoon webbrowser komt dat niet in beeld door een blokkade onderaan het scherm.
