Constant bugs, app unavailable, reservations lost, password not recognised. The reservation windows are very user unfriendly requiring every choice to be validated before proceeding. Probably the worst airline app of the many I have used.

You cannot type anything into the search origin or destination box.

In the past it use to be very handy app. After the upgrades the app has become a totally CRAP, nothing works in the app. Please you guys app developers be a bit serious in the business, we as costumers are not CRAP as your bloody apps.

I had hoped the app would be a better user experience than the website. It isn’t. Just hope the airline invests heavily in their planes as the online experience is appalling! I still have no idea if my flight is confirmed or not as no email has been received, I have no e-ticket and can’t help but wonder if I’ve been scammed!

This app is a reflection of the quality of TAP’s service. As a frequent flyer, I cannot recommend this company or app to anyone with a modicum of self-respect.

Waste of my time.

Impossível adicionar reserva, trava o tempo inteiro. Desisti de usar o app. Perda de tempo

He intentado cortar el billete por la app como 20 veces y no me deja por que dice que mi apellido tiene mas de 33 caracteres cuando mi apellido tienen menos de 10 caracteres. Para sacar una app asi mejor no sacarla hos hace ver de que sois una empresa amateur!! Por cierto al final corte en otra compańia auque era mas cara!
