App er absolut ikke fungerende, har konstant problemer med at gå til min bestilling mv.. At alt så skal foregå på Engelsk gør det bare ikke nemmere. Hvorfor ikke give en service og give brugere mulighed for at få app på DANSK. Er tvunget til at bruge TAP air, da der ikke findes andre muligheder via mit rejseselskab.

Terrible app… Tap really needs to improve it…

Once the app goes in the background it looses all the data previously added.

Almost useless

Does not allow login. Fairly useless without that feature.

Useless app

I have for weeks attempted to erase the app, download it again and make it work. Which it doesn’t. When I try to report the issue to apple I am told the app is not installed and can’t be reported. Hell has a place for this company

Unusable. Their website is also extremely glitchy.

Still useless

Nothing has changed. Can’t recognize flight number, booking number or booking reference number or confirmation number. You simply can't check iteneraries or anything. It looks like additional sales is what's it all about.
