TAP Air Portugal

Insane that flight ticket at TAP air is so expensive and the app is so bad.. We are in 2024 and they are not able to provide a app that works.. I have tried multiple times to add my booking to the app. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t.. Often I cannot login either.. Hallelujah..

…and then it’s downhill even further once you try to use the app. Riddled with bugs and goes unresponsive so that you have to close the app and open it again. Incredible for an airline to have such a bad app in this day and age.

For most of the time it’s impossible to log into my profile, so what’s the point having such a useless App. Can’t believe they cannot fix this problem 👎👎👎

I’m sorry to say this, but this app needs a redesign. I wanted to buy an upgrade, but was directed to a section in Portuguese only. Couldn’t change the language and since I already set my preferred language to English I shouldn’t have to ☹️ The app ended up crashing, and it even lost my booking data.

Too bad about this app. Doesn’t find my bookings and can’t do check in 🤷🏼‍♀️ whoever made this app should be fired. Very sorry, but not sorry.

The app is full of bugs and errors and rarely works. It doesn’t retrieve my booking and it makes errors when I try to add it with my booking code. It’s slow and inconvenient. When trying to check in it redirects you to a browser. There’s not much about this app that is remotely smart or convenient.

Ikke muligt at se min booking da valideringskoden aldrig blev modtaget.

App er absolut ikke fungerende, har konstant problemer med at gå til min bestilling mv.. At alt så skal foregå på Engelsk gør det bare ikke nemmere. Hvorfor ikke give en service og give brugere mulighed for at få app på DANSK. Er tvunget til at bruge TAP air, da der ikke findes andre muligheder via mit rejseselskab.

Once the app goes in the background it looses all the data previously added.

Does not allow login. Fairly useless without that feature.
