Nothing works

This has to be the worst airline app ever. Nothing works. Everything throws errors. Do they even test this? I wonder how much money they lose because of this. They should be ashamed. The website is not any better.

Just doesn’t work

This App is just woeful. Tried to add my flights to my profile. Just get into a circle of sending my mobile verification codes that never ends. Have tried on a number of occasions on different days with the same outcome. Either get it right or scrap the App and direct people through your website. Thank you.

Tap air Portugal app

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. Does not save your flights Does not find them Sends codes over and over for nothing. Trying to join the mile’s program it’s a joke. Have a flight booked in two weeks time and can’t even see it on the app. The codes received leads you to nowhere! Just a error occurred. To many errors if I’m allowed to be honest. If you can’t have a proper app, why have it at all??

The app is terrible. Please improve it soon. It’s impossible to use. A shame of app

Couldn’t find my booking from the app

Worst app, use a better company, this one doesn’t care even in having a good app, imagine the rest!

Apple wallet not working

The add to apple wallet button on a boarding pass does not work, nothing happens when pressed

The app itself isn’t bad, but their customer support yes is really bad.

I’ve tried contacted many different times in many different ways and they don’t seem to care, so probably not flying with them any time soon.

Tenho marcado duas viagens, quando vou pra procurar a viagem aparece erro !!!

My flights not working

The “my flights” section never loads, it’s stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. Please fix this issue!
