Absolutely useless app. Can’t use it to check-in. Doesn’t show flight time.

E uma daquelas que abre quase tudo na web, as páginas as vezes não funcionam, não aceita o número do clube de pontos da tap, perde os bookings. Claro que em vez de desenvolverem live activity notifications, fizeram widgets, quem é que vai por um widget da tap no seu telefone lol desperdício dos poucos resources que devem ter, o desenvolvimento de aplicações em Portugal continua a tristeza de sempre

Loads of persistent bugs such as having to close the app and reopen it to see you booking. Bought a hold baggage at checkin and I cannot see the extra baggage allowance. I have my details saved in the app and yet I have to enter them every time at checkin instead of the app recognising the data and allow me to review it. The bare minimum isn’t available in the app. Very unfortunate.

Just don’t bother

This is the first time an app has been so dreadful that I’ve felt the need to write a review. It can’t find your bookings, it asks for preferences each time you open, it sends you round in circles. If you have travel anxiety then this is a going to make your trip 10x more worrisome. About the only thing the website or app is good for is booking a flight. Everything else after that is a total mess, god help you if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Awful app. Doesn’t work. Crashes when attempting to retrieve my booking. Deleted.

Repeated crashes when trying to login, errors when trying to login, just simply rubbish when all I am trying to do is check in for a return flight. I managed to check in on the outward flight, why not on the return leg?

Absolute rubbish - nothing works! Waste of time

If I could give it zero I would. Trying to enter API details and just can’t. You have to keep logging in, re entering your booking reference, start to enter details and it crashes. Truly shocking app.

I can’t register an account, I can’t complete the check-in process. I had to do everything via the desktop website and still I wasn’t able to make an account. Distressful experience right before leaving, exactly what you don’t want to happen. Worst airline app/website experience in my life.
