This App is designs by someone who has no idea about functionality or user experience. Really poor !!!
Worst App
This has got to be the worst app & Airline we have ever had to use. NEVER again
Document type validation is incorrect
Adding passport details - I can only select “passport” in this field and it keeps giving an error. This happens in the app and the browser. Will not being able to add the details mean that I won’t be able to check in online?
Everything about TAP is a failure
Terrible app. Terrible airline. Rude grumpy staff. And most expensive.
Not working
App definitely has issues. I have been using it for a while ans sometimes has its issues. However for the past 3 weeks i havent been able to open the “my flight” section of thr app, its unnerving
Uma Desgraça Nacional
Without doubt, the WORST airline app, EVER ... I don't even know where to begin (hint to the Devs, just clone easyJet's app, simple!)
The worse update
Mandatory update and now I cannot view my booking or even make bookings! This is terrible! What is the point for the update, if it makes the app useless!
Please sort out!!!
Ridiculous to update an app if its not working first!!! Highly frustrating …. can’t access any of my bookings… or even book a flight…

Como é possível uma “companhia de bandeira” ter uma app que é um lixo destes… Aprendas com as low costs e invistam alguma coisa nas plataformas móveis. É ridícula a falta de qualidade desta app.
