TaskTask is the easiest way to get your Outlook or Gmail tasks onto your iPhone! TaskTask directly connects with your Office 365 Business, Exchange on-premises, or Google tasks to keep your full task list in sync between Outlook and your device. Everything is tracked, include all the advanced properties you can see in Outlook. Best of all TaskTask includes flagged items (email!) so you can see your complete task list on the go.

Using TaskTask, you can manage your to-do list, create tasks, set start/due dates, mark complete, assigning categories, change importance, set and receive reminders, and delete tasks. An Exchange Server or Office 365 account is required to synchronized tasks with Outlook. No additional software is necessary. TaskTask works with Gmail directly, although in a limited fashion.

Note: To synchronize your tasks with Outlook, your email account must be on a compatible Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365 Business account. Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and newer versions are supported, although there may be additional factors that prevent TaskTask from working with your server.

If you are using Mail.app or Microsoft Outlook 2011 (Macintosh) with your email account in "Exchange" mode, TaskTask is compatible with your server. Because there are specific requirements for your server, please verify with your e-mail administrator that your server meets these requirements before purchasing this app.

Cannot sort tasks by Outlook category

This app would be 5 stars but I cannot sort tasks by Outlook categories which I heavily rely on which makes it useless for me :(

Best for Outlook tasks sync

Nepodařilo přihlásit. Zkoušel jsem tři účty a ani jeden. Ztracený čas a peníze.

No support response

There are major mistakes in repeating the tasks. Despite the fact I sent very detailed description to dedicated email almost 2 month ago no one kindly responded. I am very disapointed by this way of no developer communication. It seems that there is no interest. I fully don't recommend this app - you will be negatively surprised when some of your reminders accinetaly disappear. Waste of money. ----- I have a problem with Reminders for a certain time. I set task in iPhone application to remind me at 8:00 with the daily repeat.When I mark the task completed on iPhone, the next day it appears but with no reminder at 8:00. I added a small part of my email as an example for other users. ------------------- In case I mark task completed in iPhone application, the next day appears incorrectly with no time reminder niether in MS Outlook nor in iPhone application. It seems that iPhone application for some reason changes the time reminders or more precisely not repeats them correctly. iOs 10.3.3, iPhone 5, Exchange server , MS office 2016, Windows 10, Full version of Task Task 5.3.2

Very slow app response

I use to like this app very much, it has simple and user friendly interface. However, after the last update (Aug 19) the app became almost unisable. The response is very, very slow (e.g. after adding new or changing task the app freezes for 5-10 seconds, then you can use it again). And I am not even syncing the tasks with Exchange, only using it locally. It is very annoying. Please, repair it ASAP, or give back the older version.

I did update and now the applicatios fails when starting. I can delete it and find another appl which is more reliable! S..t!!! Michal

Dobra a predevsim funkcni (!) aplikace schopna synchronizovat V REALNEM CASE muj Outlook ucet vedeny pres Exchange s mym iPhonem. Predtim jsem si stahnul ToDo, to ale umi synchronizovat jen s pocitacem pres wifi, coz je trochu bizarre. Co TaskTask vytykam, je nemoznost prirazovat nekomu ukoly. Az tuto funkci dodaji, maji u me 5 hvezd. Add the possibility to assign tasks to other persons and you'll have 5 stars with me.

Slusna aplikace. Neumi podslozky takze proto ty 4hvezdy. Jinak krasa Po updatu pridavam posledni hvezdu. Podslozky umi :-)
