TaskTask is the easiest way to get your Outlook or Gmail tasks onto your iPhone! TaskTask directly connects with your Office 365 Business, Exchange on-premises, or Google tasks to keep your full task list in sync between Outlook and your device. Everything is tracked, include all the advanced properties you can see in Outlook. Best of all TaskTask includes flagged items (email!) so you can see your complete task list on the go.

Using TaskTask, you can manage your to-do list, create tasks, set start/due dates, mark complete, assigning categories, change importance, set and receive reminders, and delete tasks. An Exchange Server or Office 365 account is required to synchronized tasks with Outlook. No additional software is necessary. TaskTask works with Gmail directly, although in a limited fashion.

Note: To synchronize your tasks with Outlook, your email account must be on a compatible Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365 Business account. Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and newer versions are supported, although there may be additional factors that prevent TaskTask from working with your server.

If you are using Mail.app or Microsoft Outlook 2011 (Macintosh) with your email account in "Exchange" mode, TaskTask is compatible with your server. Because there are specific requirements for your server, please verify with your e-mail administrator that your server meets these requirements before purchasing this app.

Not ready for MAM

We are running Intune MAM now and the app stopped working :(

Doesn’t work with MAM

Our company has activated Microsoft Mobile Application Management (MAM) and then the app cannot login.

Works brilliantly, a true extension of outlook on the iPhone!

I have been looking for a task manager for Outlook. Outlook does not support tasks in their mobile app and this is exactly what I needed to be on top on my tasks even when I have no access to my computer. If you are a GTD supporter this works great too as Categories are supported as well. The interface is clean and simple, very alike the experience in Outlook. Absolutely worth the money. Keep up the good work. //René

Do Not Use with office 365

It does not sync at all with outlook tasks in office365. Download tasks once when started then nothing. No sync of changes or completed tasks. Real crap and not worth any money at all. Dump it from AppStore.

Scam - no app support - doesn't work

Using same connection details as the outlook app but doesn't connect to exchange server, app support "location has been moved" so there is no support! I want my money back please or support in connection!!

Annoying that there is no info about ios8 compability and uppgrade

Love this app...

But crashes after update to new version which is the reason for 4 stars. Edit: updated to 5 stars because crashes were fixed extremely quickly.

Jag har inte stött på några problem med synk etc. Appen gör sitt jobb mer än väl. Detta är ett mycket bra komplement för dem som använder GTD i Outlook och som vill kunna göra det även i sin Iphone.

Synk

Synkar uppgifter bra. Dock så fungerar den inte med inbäddade filer som utlovat.
