TaskTask is the easiest way to get your Outlook or Gmail tasks onto your iPhone! TaskTask directly connects with your Office 365 Business, Exchange on-premises, or Google tasks to keep your full task list in sync between Outlook and your device. Everything is tracked, include all the advanced properties you can see in Outlook. Best of all TaskTask includes flagged items (email!) so you can see your complete task list on the go.

Using TaskTask, you can manage your to-do list, create tasks, set start/due dates, mark complete, assigning categories, change importance, set and receive reminders, and delete tasks. An Exchange Server or Office 365 account is required to synchronized tasks with Outlook. No additional software is necessary. TaskTask works with Gmail directly, although in a limited fashion.

Note: To synchronize your tasks with Outlook, your email account must be on a compatible Microsoft Exchange Server or Office 365 Business account. Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and newer versions are supported, although there may be additional factors that prevent TaskTask from working with your server.

If you are using Mail.app or Microsoft Outlook 2011 (Macintosh) with your email account in "Exchange" mode, TaskTask is compatible with your server. Because there are specific requirements for your server, please verify with your e-mail administrator that your server meets these requirements before purchasing this app.

Sync fails

When deleting the due date of an outlook task, it won't sync that change on the App

Update to IOS 8 and iPhone 6 Plus

After so much time w/o an update, I really expect a better version. I do not understand for instance that this release does not include an extension.

flagged email not sync

I have an issue synchronizing archived emails but developers resolve on a timely manner. Unfortunately the last version is not synchronizing any flagged email what is for me one of the best capabilities of Task Task. However I am confident on it's promptly resolution. once resolved I'll rate as 5*

Muy útil pero con fallos

Desde hace unas semanas se me cierra al hacer una búsqueda.

Muy buena

Sincroniza muy bien. Es la única que he encontrado que sincroniza los correos marcados. Es una pena que no se ocupe de las notas de outlook. Por eso no le doy la quinta estrella, aunque no anuncia que lo haga.

Pros y contras

Contras: - Muy lento en su ejecución y actualización. - Le faltan botones de acciones masivas (P.E: un boton de "cerrar todo" cuando empieza a darte avisos de tareas, si te saltan 15 tareas a la vez has de cerrar una por una.) Pros: - Funcionalidad muy buena. - Integración muy conseguida con Exchange.

Debería ser nativa

Se hace extraño tener que pagar 4€ por algo que debería venir de serie, pero la funcionalidad vale la pena. Pros: Sincroniza muy bien con Exchange 2007/2010, y el creador de tareas múltiples es un inventazo. Contras: Al interfaz no le iría mal un repaso en cuanto a usabilidad y acciones masivas.
