Update

Not vibing the swipe up update

Hate the new look

Use to be very easy to use The new look just made it very difficult to look, find and looks cheap

Love the app + some improvement possible

I really enjoy using the app, especially the timings are amazing as well as the lenses. Improvement can be done when it comes to the design, even though the ve just updated it as it doenst help the overview and feels overstimulating to my eyes. One really important thing is that the natal chart isn’t right, for example it shows that my Venus is in Aquarius, when it is in Capricorn. Thanks for your brilliant work anyway. :) Gonna keep using and enjoying it.

New release is pretty but messy

The latest update looks pretty but the functionality is poor. What was straightforward to see on the home page is now mixed up with other content and glossy jargon. I love an update and am usually quick to adapt to new layouts but this is all style and no substance and looks just like all the other showy apps out there. It doesn’t feel as serious as it was. Wish I didn’t update 😕

Update is frustrating

I love The Pattern but the radical change has deleted a number of the things I loved about it and now I am frustrated and disappointed. I don’t think I will renew my subscription.

Incorrect chart data

Pros: learnt a few things in terms of synastry bonds with vertex / anti vertex. Cons: Added a friend. Birth data was correct. Bonds section of app correctly displayed chart. But the Vault didn’t. If I didn’t dabble in astrology a little I wouldn’t know because they hide so much in this app on what the ‘impacts’ are at play. Con: Also, my ‘impacts’ were quite wrong. Aspects that are very much in play in my life weren’t listed and the ones that were upset me in terms of how empowering they sounded when I am going through huge life changes. Honestly, I think this app can do some damage in terms of messing with peoples lives.

New layout 2024

What the F. I have no idea what the owners are thinking with this new UI that is convoluted and trades user ease and understanding to flashy visuals and ‘trendy’ swiping whatever. I can’t even figure out how to find the most basic things I used. Why change the UI? Nothing new seems to be even added??? Completely stupid.

I love the Pattern, and it is the first thing I read through every morning with my cup of tea to set the tone for my day. This new update has me confused though. It looks modern and all, but where is the part where people can write comments and connect with other members? And where is the feature where I can bookmark things I want to remember? Very sad to see this gone!

find it so funny how when I first got the app several years ago it was so brutal and incisive it shook me to my core and now it’s got such a vague affirming tone. like did they test it with the crowd and realise it was alienating people and decide they needed to start feeding us niceties?

used to be good

All the features that used to be available for free keep getting paywalls??? Why not create new features you can pay for rather than putting old features behind paywalls that cost 50$ minimum. Lazy cash grab
