Faulty
I’ve noticed a few people have complained before about the fact that much of the text is cut off and not possible to being read, when you click on the Go deeper link to read more about a certain topic. It’s very frustrating and means that the content at the top and bottom of most pages are cut off. Please fix it, or else it’s not worth continuing with the service when it expires
The update is confusing
The update is challenging to navigate and dive deeper. Too complex to read
Terrible update
Do not like clicking on a notification to continue reading and then get an audio robot voice. Cannot navigate this new app. Will wait to delete but not going to be using it. Update: I’ve deleted my account and the app.

Not a fan of this new update. The app was perfect the way it was before, its just terrible now.
Terrible upgrade
The new update is awful. I can’t find anything. It unnecessarily has too many features. Scroll up function is annoying. I used to really love this app but the new update is overwhelming and a killjoy. FIX THIS!
New version doesn’t work for me
The app design has moved to a Spotify-esq vibe. Really don’t like it. It’s too vague. I miss the old design

To “go deeper” on a bond shouldn’t cost anything
I loved this app and everyone who knows it, loves this app too. I don’t understand why we have to pay for in order to “go deeper”. You literally had us exactly the way it was. Why fix what was not broken? Now I hate the app and I find it confusing and you can’t even get clarification on anything because it costs money even for that. I hope that you reconsider some day because this is a really cool app
More than just Exceptional…
There are very few, occasions where one comes across an Application that is so simplistically beautiful in its approach to reveal such distinctively detailed and accurate insight into one’s personal life…. I thought “Exceptional” was the correct descriptive but in hindsight not even “Phenomenal” does The Pattern justice, the Team have surpassed excellence here.
