Getting lost?
The pattern is an amazing app, everyone I showed it to was shocked by how accurate it is, even people who are not initially drawn to astrology. I’ve been using the app for 5 years and it helps me when I am confused or to anticipate some struggles, or to get to know my friends better. But the app seems to lost itself in its design and it’s so sad. When they first introduced premium features, the app when from super minimalist to maximalist, with so many information, so many different features, not always organized in the best way in the dashboard. For a newcomer it must feel difficult to understand the goal and use of the app (between natal chart, description, timing, dating app, audio, etc…) The latest update is really losing the essence of The Pattern in my opinion, I really don’t like the add of pictures, which make everything so subjective now, you have an infinite scroll menu which is really unnecessary, lunar cycles, world transits, astrology 101, meditation, cosmic climate, connect (which isn’t working well to actually connect with people as you can’t really like or like back anyone) … it’s just too much for a single app, and you can tell it’s a struggle to organize everything in terms of design, it’s just so messy :( It’s so sad because really the original idea of The Pattern was a true blessing, but the app team needs a clearer direction on what they are doing in my opinion. Thanks to the team, amazing work, but please reduce the amount of informations and work on the details instead ! PS: also it’s a shame you cannot change the domification system on your chart
