The Pattern

This app used to be great. Clean, easy to navigate & very insightful. Now it’s a cluttered mess. Doing TOO much is not a good thing. The worst is the “readings”, I don’t want to listen to a 7-part podcast for gods sake, I just want to read it. I wish whoever owned it initially would purchase it back!!!!

Everything on this app needs to be paid for now while other options, including Co-Star, continue to offer free daily updates. And it’s not cheap. I’m unsure why the creators thought paying $6.99-$9.99/mo. for reading information about YOURSELF would be a good idea. Rubs me the wrong way that something that should be used to guide and enlighten you has such a steep price. Very limited information otherwise. I find the automatic audio narrations troublesome - would rather just read and reflect myself. Overall, was better than Co-Star years ago, before all the updates.

The formatting has changed entirely to the point where it’s too difficult to navigate. It’s now full of short podcasts and full of astrology fluff. You also have to pay for nearly everything. I miss the old app. I’m ready to say goodbye to it in 2025. Bet they didn’t predict that…

I’ve been using this app for years and is by far my favorite. I do worry that the bonds are giving me false hope and misconceptions when it comes to the people around me. Not entirely sure if the accuracy is there but I do enjoy it. The only qualm I have is that I now have to pay to see any timing updates that I have been through in the past or in the future.

The app feels like a scam. I have spoken to customer support several times to manually unsubscribe me from their consistent emails and I still receive emails. The unsubscribe button on their e newsletters is not functional. I am also unable to log into my account despite communicating with them about this. Too much of a hassle, several glitches and customer support is severely lacking.

This used to be a fantastic app, literally the best astrology app. There must be a new owner because this app is legitimately unrecognizable. The formatting is different and hard to navigate, all of the great features and customization is now behind an insanely expensive paywall that is only yearly. The audio stuff is awful and there doesn’t seem to be an option to read it. Not worth it at all anymore. I’m so sincerely disappointed because this was truly an accurate and helpful app now it’s nothing but trash.

I can’t find my cycles anymore for have it in read format. Absolutely hate the new big update and it ruined the app

They changed so many features and most most them behind paywalls. Now is all useless. This was once the best apps in category. Sad to see.

Not a fan of the updates which aren’t the most user friendly. It seems like there’s a lot of content to sift through whereas the previous version was more streamlined and clear. The time travel feature is not what it used to be and some of the content seems unnecessary. But that’s just my opinion, still a fan but wanting more clarity.

i dont even know where to begin with how bad the app has become since its rebrand and countless updates. it used to be my favorite astrology app, one i genuinely relied on and checked very regularly. i cannot be bothered to open it these days because the interface is so clunky, i have no idea what goes where anymore, it isn’t as personalized and in depth as it used to be. every feature that was included before is now behind an incredibly expensive pay wall that you can only pay yearly for (i would have considered a monthly subscription). i’m just so disappointed, i switched to another astrology app a while ago and still find myself missing the old pattern i had 5 years ago. why were those horrible audio clips/podcast format introduced, the text was working just fine.
