It is heartbreaking to see what the app has become. I’ve been using it for so many years and it used to be a brilliant tool with so much helpful information. Insights into personal patterns and timings, amazing descriptions of current timings and astrological events. However, with every major update it got only worse. The Pattern lost its uniqueness and without a subscription all it provides is the most basic superficial information that is completely useless.
Don’t update it! Why you change app so much? You insidiously lure us to update, for you “add more insights”, and then i found out you add almost nothing and plus shorten writened insights. Really cool guys, big sarcastic BRAVO! in older version so many times i wanted to buy full access, based on what i READ! But this… is no longer interesting for me, propably will unistall it.
I loved The patern, use it every day as my journal prom and reflection tool. And I am not saying this just because we are creatures of habit and the change might be always challenging before seeing the benefits, but here in the new update- all i have used daily in the app is no longer there- there is more audio than written text, which is not an benefit, the information are superficial now (the moon phases have very general information) and i am not keen or motivated to pay premium versions for more audio..that is not desirable for me in a first place.. I do feel the try to improve, but sadly .. me as a frequent user, i am very disappointed.. might need to search for a different app alternative. But thank you for your previous work, i had an amazing breakthroughs, beautiful rituals with Pattern.

This app offers an outer perspective on your life and makes you think about your actions and choices. It reflects my life so well and helps me understand certain situations and deal with them better. If you’re looking for deeper understanding of your life, this is a very good app.
I’ve been using this app for years and loved it. But the new format has ruined my experience. I also hate how they took away the “peak dates” within each impact. You also don’t see the upcoming impacts anymore. I also used to love to text the daily vibes to myself since you can’t save or bookmark them in the app, but you can’t do that anymore either.
Please stop over complicating the app & bring back discussions! We already have to pay for everything; can we not even have that back?
I was really excited about doing horoscopes on The Pattern when it said you had to be 13 and I am nine and we’re in New Zealand so my mom is sad we can analyze our friendship lol
First time using the connection section and because I’ve not initiated any matches nor connections I can’t back out of it without deleting and reinstalling the app, I’m assuming.
There are countless reviews that speak to the redesign and emphasis on audio content so I won’t belabor those points. What I miss most, and what made this app unique and appealing compared to other astrology app, is the community engagement. You could share, read, and respond to transits impacting you. I found that incredibly useful. Now that it’s gone, I am less interested in using the app.
