i was at the entrance of my activity having booked the tickets with headout but i never received my tickets. when i contacted them through the support chat, it took me 10 minutes to get connected with an agent (by which time i was already late for the activity) and was told i will receive the tickets in my email in 10 minutes. however, the agent quickly backtracked and said that they were unable to send me the tickets due to technical difficulties. i could have saved 20 minutes if they had not falsely told me that i would eventually receive the tickets. overall slow responses and nonfulfilment of what was promised.
I booked a reservation for National Palace of Peña. I had to change the timing and date of the booking. I contacted Jeanette about 3 times through the Headout website who said that the tickets will be sent within 20min. However, to no avail, the tickets never came through. 2 days later, I emailed customer service. They said the same thing that the tickets will come through within 20min but it never came. They keep telling their customers something that won’t happen. Horrible service. I shouldn’t me chasing them to do their job.
don't think this app useful, the service kept making the mistakes when I approached. Not getting my refund back too even after many times of customer service due to the mistake they made.
App cancellation has strict requirements to follow for cancellation even though I have contacted the shop directly. Hera(the operator) that attended to the app chat, did not even bother to link up with the shop to facilitate. App doesn’t even gives any discount but just a platform for booking. Defeats the purpose totally. Totally bad bad experience.
Example: I booked Madame Tussaud’s for 2 tickets but turns out each ticket admits 2 adults - nowhere in the description is that mentioned. I booked national gallery Singapore and it says *after* I booked that this ticket is for foreigners only. Can feel pretty bait and switched on this app.
Need to send card and ID info , wait for almost 30 mins to get ticket. Will uninstall it after first try.
Terrible experience! Booked on their website which was done. Then when i successfully booked through this app, they emailed to say that its no longer available. My credit card was already charged. Just remove it from the app and website if the tour is no longer available..
Having received confirmation of payment, and being told tickets would be Emailed shortly, 3 hours later still no tickets. No customer service chat personnel to sort out. Will have to buy more tickets when I arrive at the zoo. Useless app. Don’t use.
Excellent booking company, reliable, easy steps. Highly recommended
