Amazing app but…

I’m really enjoying the app especially the sharing feature. The only let down whilst buying premium is being unable to set reminders for people you share projects with, if this got added I think the app would have even more value Great overall

A simple but powerful productivity tool

In recent months, I have felt like work has been hectic. I have struggled to stay on target and motivated. At the beginning of the month, I decided to sign up to the premium version of this app and it has helped me regain control over my calendar and to-do-lists. I would highly recommend this app

ADHD perfection

I usually really struggle if an app looks too complicated initially, then I end up giving up! But they have an incredible tutorial right away that broke down everything. It’s so effective for my adhd and has a beautiful, simple layout. Yet, somehow, it has many options such as colour personalisation, repeating tasks, specific times and automatically knows which date you want by typing in prompts such as “next Thursday” or “daily” next to your task. I’ve even found myself regularly using the project section to group things and pop them into subheading, something I usually don’t bother with. It’s been a real life saver…. or should I say organiser! You can also synch to other devices through the same account which is perfect if you’re on the go, or if you’re doing a larger weekly plan on your desktop. 10/10 would recommended 💖

Life Changer 😀

This app is simply a life changer. I organise my professional and personal life in Todoist. I love the clean uncluttered UI. It is cross compatible on all devices, i’m on iPhone, iPad, Windows PC and all sync perfectly. I also can use IOS shortcuts to make inputting tasks far quicker. Also use automations to keep me updated during the work day. Very essential app in my day to day life 😀

Loving the app and all the improvements. Can live without it now. When ever I thing of a task I add to the list and I can relax knowing it will remind me about it later

Great App - Missing One Feature

This is a great app and love the integration with Fantastical. Only thing it’s missing is add to add photos to my ‘To-Do’s’. Having a feature where I can add a thing I need to do that my staff asked me to do on the app and put a photo of the relevant document would be amazing!

Not user friendly

Downloaded the app to see what it was about. The app isn’t user friendly. There was no tutorial on how to use the app either. I deleted it after 5 minutes of trying to schedule tasks and failing.

no reminders - only premium

thought i found my absolute holy grail app after trying dozens.. then realised there’s a paywall for even getting task reminder notifications. now i understand that it’s important to have a revenue to keep the app going but unfortunately having task reminders is purely a must have for me in an app. imagine putting in reminders then no notification comes through and then realising i need to pay to get these reminders sent to me.. unfortunately i will have to go back to my previous app. This one seemed perfect but that is a huge red flag for me.. and i can’t justify £40+ a year for a to do list app for personal use. maybe the paywall shouldn’t be behind features, but behind if you’re using it for personal, education or work use? like notion does. was about to be my fav app but now i am looking for an alternative. :(

Its fine

Look its a good app for quick entry of tasks and capturing ideas and projects. But it needs a full redesign because it just isn't nice to look at and with long term use, not good.
