I purchased this totalav to run it on my laptop's windows -11, it proved total ueslessness! It opened once then did not open again after installation and re-installtion many times and uninstalling all protection applications on my laptop; I'll reinstall em with apology. It is a waste of time and bad for nerves!.
After i paid for subscription , they send me this message (As your payment was voided on the same day the transaction was made, the funds are released back into your account) But nothing released back into my account ) So, my advice is not to use this App especially for some countries
I used your service for one month and it was perfect but I asked then for cancellation for personal reasons..you keep sending me non functioning links for manual cancellation without performing my request and you consume my time In failed trials!! Account for Islam Benaya from Saudi Arabia

Total AV is fast and easy to navigate
Tried to cancel this, dot even remember signing up, now saying I owe $299???? Would not remove penalty , says I signed a contract, never remember it

Downloaded multiple times. Followed directions. But website still shows not on my phone when it is. Support still has not fixed the issue. Cannot talk to anyone in support. Just emails. Getting it setup correctly on iPhone or Computer is horrendous. Scans continue to show I need to download programs which are already installed and working. Plus it looks like I will not get my money back on their 30 day guarantee. It says I will still have it when I canceled it. Deleted whole program from iPhone and computer. Do not buy.
Would like to cancel my prescription. I have no Internet subscription.
Why does this program keep getting worse. It says I need to renew one place and that my renewal is ok. What is wrong!!!!????
