I downloaded total AV into my laptop after resetting to factory settings and boom 3 months later I have somebody remotely accessing my device and screenshotting information from my computer to other people. Total AV is not detecting anything. If the person who received the screenshot didn’t tell me about it, I would not have known about the leak. I have a really hard time to contact anyone from this antivirus company. I unsubscribed the plan today and hopefully won’t be charged again.

Tried to cancel this, dot even remember signing up, now saying I owe $299???? Would not remove penalty , says I signed a contract, never remember it

Does not show downloaded. Horrendous Service!
Downloaded multiple times. Followed directions. But website still shows not on my phone when it is. Support still has not fixed the issue. Cannot talk to anyone in support. Just emails. Getting it setup correctly on iPhone or Computer is horrendous. Scans continue to show I need to download programs which are already installed and working. Plus it looks like I will not get my money back on their 30 day guarantee. It says I will still have it when I canceled it. Deleted whole program from iPhone and computer. Do not buy.
