Total AV can’t be installed. After downloading, message appears saying wait just a few minutes, then nothing happens

Viruses 🦠
I cannot get the TotalAV to work and stay on! I have paid several times for protection! however I keep receiving notice of several Viruses on my phone with no success ! whatsoever to clean it up! Not being able to rid myself of these viruses!🤬
