This company has taken over 700.00 with no response to my emails. What a scam. I can’t believe that apple would allow something like this in there store

More than great exceptionally excellent and managing security out there in the wilderness so many things I happening out there and that big world of ours it’s great to have an app that can look after us.aAs for support they need to pull their finger out of there backside, isn’t to say I have two or three accounts associated with my name at totalAv seems they are blind and cannot see they may need glasses or maybe just a kick jump is I’m writing this review I’m waiting for them to fix my accounts up I’m looking finally to have my accounts fixed thank you TotalAV

So difficult to cancel, payments have been transferred from Apple Pay to credit card without my knowledge,
It is a scam . No one to help for support.

Charged after cancelling!
I went through the process of stopping my subscription, well before the next payment was due. I received an email confirming I had cancelled my subscription. But even after the date my subscription expired, I was charged! This is not acceptable, I cancelled!!!!! Do not sign up, they illegally charged me again!!! Unlawful!!!

Total AV cleaned all my duplicate photos, contacts and video.

Stay away. Actually worse than scammers
They take your Apple Pay details and set up a subscription outside of apples subscription management which is near impossible to unsubscribe from. Very dubious business practice.
