I paid for a special offer on Instagram to find that without paying over $100/year for Web Shield the app doesn’t do anything like what is claimed for it.
Reporting to my bank for fraud

The VPN blocks access to Internet
I have no clue as what is happening, when the VPN is on, I have No access to Internet, if I turn it off , I get access to internet, sometimes it works fine but for few minutes.
Payment for app
I paid FNB:-) R199.43 reserved for purchase @ Totalav.com from Easy Account..733249 using card..2972. 6Oct 18:26. What was that for? You said my totalav has expired. So why did you deduct the money from my bank account

I got one month trial and they keep charging my card every month, and no option to cancel in the app it just makes u go back and forth please cancel my accoun
Cancellation of Subcription
How do I cancel my subscription ?
To expensive
I installed the app but I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial period but the subscription still went off and I am not willing to pay a huge lot of money for this app. Also nowhere can I cancel this app now and I had to pay R 145 for nothing. The developers are making it so hard nowadays to cancel your subscriptions

Your free subscription turns into a charged subscription,, I just had over 2k charged to my account and now they suddenly can’t find my registered account. I can probably kiss a refund goodbye !
Mega dodgy
They have false promotions, endless cancelling loops and the sketchiest prompts when you finally chat to someone to cancel the subscription. My “once off” fee turned into a monthly subscription and they have no cancel button. Upon trying to cancel they try to pawn a bunch of free stuff off on you. After that they will supposedly send you a cancellation link. Do yourself a favour and don’t come near this app. Just rather burn the money….
