TotalAV has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is £13.28.
I cancelled my subscription with TOTALAV in December 2024 when they took a payment in December despite the cancellation I contacted them and I thought it was all straightened out and they said they would return the payment. They haven’t. Liars
Yesterday they effectively stole £9.95 from my account when I went to the website I found they still had me listed as active which was a surprise. I have, eventually, been through the whole terminate service performance again today and requested a refund of both payment or I will report this to the police as fraud and theft.

Disgusting company!
Not only did their product not work despite my hacker being online and into my iPhone it failed to recognise the threat and only suggestion change passwords which apple recommended anyway. Then their frankly deceptive marketing , despite cancelling no refund given !!! So a poor product that I have had to pay for . I simply hate their marketing and their product and add to this the numerous scammers pretending to be them , for gods sake if they can’t stop them would you trust them to protect your devices?
Scam software that I can’t uninstall from my phone.
I have removed the icon and deleted the app yet it persists in the application section of my phone.
I can only assume they are stealing my data.

I can’t recall signing up to this but I certainly never signed a direct debit, yet £9.95 is automatically being taken from my PayPal account. How do I stop this as it is very difficult to navigate your site.

I tried to cancel but not before £119 had been deducted.
Impossible to contact TotalAV to ask for refund. None given.

Stroppy emails
I cancelled the anti virus about 8 weeks ago due to the uncompetitive cost with Total Av and switched to Norton, but they still send me emails making out I’m being short sighted and need to restart my subscription immediately.
The latest email from someone called Daniel says they have been trying to contact me re payment due for the past 6 weeks service that I haven’t received ! and to make the wise decision to sign up again.
Not sure if this is a scam but I won’t be going back to Total AV anytime soon
