Useless app

There are 2 major weaknesses of this app. Firstly, if you want to book it does not show all the relevant options. There are more trains than the app offers. Secondly, it offers bus trips too but why they are push to my face when I choose the train option. Just crazy.

Geldeinzug bei Fehlgeschlagener Buchung

Absolute Frechheit, dass bei fehlgeschlagener Buchung das Geld in Sekundenschnelle eingezogen wird und dann grosszügigerweise Tage und Wochen benötigt, um rückerstattet zu werden. Bereits zum zweiten Mal passiert (beim ersten Mal dachte ich an einen Fehler meinerseits, aber nein). Wir sprechen hier wohlgemerkt um Tickets im Wert von 200-300€…

Terrible app

This is the worst app anyone can ever get. Number one the tickets are unnecessarily expensive, number two you can’t get a refund even after the train got cancelled. I won’t advise any human being to download this app or use their services any longer

only find a small part of available trips. and also interesting that if find something for example with 3 changes if you search for those individually can not find it. many times offered me more hours trips but if i arrived the trainstation i went the same train one or half hour earlier. i don’t know that problem is because of the app or anything else because other apps do the same but different trains or buses

Language changing

The app set itself automatically to Spanish language when I was in Spain. I realised it only returning to England and I can’t find possibility to set it back to English. At the FAQ yes but I still can search in Spanish and even my tickets are in Spanish!

No ticket no refund

I purchased a train ticket Mainz-Frankfurt but the system did not provide me the ticket even 15 mins after purchase and charging my bank account. I cancelled the purchase and asked for refund... 24 hours later DeutscheBahn confirmed the ticket cancel and refund but Trainline has not paid back the fee since mid March!! App keeps saying i will get it within few days
