Try ordering directly from the train company

I would recommend to book directly from the train company . Orderd by mistake two different tickets and they weren’t able to help me , just deleted it and lost 40 dollars ..

Bad and disappointing customer service

Customer service is a big issue when you need it! They will not help you if something goes wrong with your tickets and you will loose your money. That's what happened to us when we bought 2 bus tickets from Bari to Naples in Italy. They printed the wrong bus station on our tickets so we waited 2 hours for a bus that never arrived. We had to buy 2 new bus tickets to from a different company. They refuse to send us a refund no matter how many times we tried to explain and show the wrong address they have on the printed ticket. The best thing to do is to buy your tickets directly from the bus company. That's what we'll do from now on.

The app is very easy to use , everything is in the place and ordered
