TripSource FAQ
Is TripSource free?
Yes, TripSource is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is TripSource legit?
⚠️ The TripSource app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
But I find it quite bad on getting data updated, e.g. updating terminal/gate/seats info and.
There is no iPad version and BCD doesn’t seem to understand a global market nor do they understand that users use more than one device. Different services under same umbrella with their own user accounts rendering many password management solutions almost useless.
But otherwise its quite nice user interface on the iPhone. I Wish contact information and gps coordinates would be more accurate last time I used the address from this app to find Ft.
Lauderdale airport it took me to some ghetto. Close enough for me to find my way to the airport by traditional methods but if I would have been in a hurry I definitely would have missed my plane because of issues like these.
Privately I would not use BCDs services because of issues like these, the company I work for makes us use BCD, that is why I use them.
Don’t believe the ratings
No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful
No iPad support, looks terrible at it is unusable in a tablet.
We need an iPad version
App doesn’t show trip info immediately
Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived.
Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…
Doesn’t click buttons on iPhone
Not sure is this is an app problem, or an iPhone problem. But when I fill an address to select a car rental agency, clicking “Select location” button on the app does nothing. It could even be an SAP concur issue. I don’t know. But this is a massive pain
Update: received great support. Issue resolved.
My previous issue was resolved with help from support. Leaving at 4 stars due to the initial occurrence.
Can’t login. No help
I’ve tried to login for the last couple of hours with no luck. I’ve reset my password numerous times. I filled out the help form for some assistance but that was a couple of hours ago and I need to book a flight for work quickly. I need to speak to someone.
A registration/forgot password loop failure should not happen in a business level travel app. And the company should have a way to contact help in real-time if it does.
Log in through computer every time!! R u kidding?
Why do I need an App if I have to log in using my computer!! Feels ridiculous
Can’t Log Into App
Waisted an hour of my life trying to get logged into the app. If I can’t reliably access the app, I will never be able to rely on it during travel.
So bad
Unfortunately my company partners with BCD for travel arrangements. The app is just laughably bad and has been that way for YEARS. It resets the search whenever you cycle between apps, so you’d better have all your details straight before you try to book a trip. It requires you to select a time of day for your flight, but no matter what you select it shows every single option anyway. There are many other examples. Who at BCD uses this app and thinks it’s a good experience? Incredibly frustrating.
