Great app to follow your BCD travels. And the app looks very slick as well.

I don’t know where to start because this new version seems to be developed for someone else than the users. The old version was not excellent, but it was useable. This version is just strange.

Latest update makes this app completely useless, a lot of earlier functions gone or missing

App gets stuck in loop telling me to update. Impossible to use. Delete and reinstall?

Not at all client oriented but lock in focus into the travel agent.

This app really helps - no more searching for old emails on the phone when you need to access your itinerary. Keeps track of when, where and how, plus maps and more. Easy, fast, automatic and reliable.

No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful

We need an iPad version

Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived. Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…
