Dårlig app

Allerede ved første øyekast er TripSource ryddig og oversiktlig i sitt oppsett. Jeg har allerede hatt stor glede av appen - spesielt det at alt la seg inn helt automatisk da jeg booket reiser på TicketBiz. Det eneste jeg virkelig savner er å ha boardingkort /QR-koder på denne appen også slik at alt jeg trenger er ett sted. Dette har jeg for øvrig fått vite fra TicketBiz er grunnet flyselskapene selv som holder denne informasjonen tett til hjertet og ikke ønsker dele med andre instanser. Utover det er jeg svært godt fornøyd.

No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful

We need an iPad version

Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived. Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…

Not sure is this is an app problem, or an iPhone problem. But when I fill an address to select a car rental agency, clicking “Select location” button on the app does nothing. It could even be an SAP concur issue. I don’t know. But this is a massive pain

My previous issue was resolved with help from support. Leaving at 4 stars due to the initial occurrence.

I’ve tried to login for the last couple of hours with no luck. I’ve reset my password numerous times. I filled out the help form for some assistance but that was a couple of hours ago and I need to book a flight for work quickly. I need to speak to someone. A registration/forgot password loop failure should not happen in a business level travel app. And the company should have a way to contact help in real-time if it does.

Why do I need an App if I have to log in using my computer!! Feels ridiculous
