Turo - Find your drive

I booked a car through Turo for 40 days for my vacation in the USA. The cost was far cheaper than regular rental agencies. The trip went smooth. The car was in good condition and the app to communicate with both the car owner and Turo keeps everything need and tidy with proper record of all formal communication. Highly recommend Turo.

In an age where user-ship outstrips ownership, Turo is better for our environment as we have a community of service providers and users with fewer cars on the road. Must use for anyone looking for a quick easy way to rent a car.

Had an absolutely horrible experience whilst using this. A ride had been booked, but then just a few days before i was due to pick up the vehicle the owner of the car cancelled, when a down payment had already been made. Once I contacted the company Turo for a refund they provided no assistance in making sure I was refunded. This is not unique to my experience, as I have had several friends with similar issues. The prices caught my eye but DO NOT LET IT LURE YOU INTO USING THIS APP!

I’ve now used Tom’s cars twice and both experiences have been very good, no issues at all… Tom is quick to reply if you need to ask anything, but there wasn’t really much call for it as it went completely smoothly

Convenient service

Easy and convenient cost effective app to use for hiring a car!.

While on a visit to the UK I was looking to hire a car for a drive outside of london. It was incredibly difficult and expensive to rent a car through the usual rental companies. I then came across Turo and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with the options of cars. The one I chose was suitable for my needs and the owner was highly rated and extremely professional. I will definitely use the service in the future.

Awesome App, but if there’s ever a time where the People that are renting their cars out to customers... please be 100% Honest. Why I’m saying that is because the Gentleman that I rented a car from ( Rigo from Valumotiv ) was absolutely open, honest, kind and a true Ambassador of Turo, more of what they should stand for. Wherever i travel & Turo is there... I’m using the App. Kind Regards Kree ( A Customer for Life )

Rented a car for them to not let me know it was crashed so I show up after an hour and a half drive to get the car and then cancel the trip, not find me a replacement and then block my account from booking a new car.
