Rented a car for them to not let me know it was crashed so I show up after an hour and a half drive to get the car and then cancel the trip, not find me a replacement and then block my account from booking a new car.

I love this app !!! So much cheaper than a rental car company and do much easier !!

THEY TAKE AROUND 60% OF WHAT THE HOST PAYS WITH BOGUS, MADE UP FEES AND SHOW HOSTS THAT THE TRIP COSTS ONLY HALF OF THAT. THEN THEY STILL TAKE FROM THE HOSTS EARNINGS TO COVER “PROTECTION”. NEVER HOST OR RENT FROM THIS APP. HELP ME BRING THEM DOWN

My 5-star Turo host (registered sex offender) drove the car away after checking us in. And he put a wrong penalty after finishing the trip. So I gave him a low rating in the app and disputed the charge. After my Turo host found it out, he sent tons of messages to me at night saying how angry he is. So I reached out to customer support. Today Turo executive support Stephanie reached out to me, thinking the reason for the conflict is about disputing the charge? And gave me a link to delete my account.

I planned this trip months ago to Los Angeles with my daughter, I checked the app to make sure everything was good all month, the night before I leave the host canceled the trip, Turo doesn’t hold the host accountable for last minute cancellation, they offered me 4 cars I absolutely didn’t want that would not be at the LAX when I landed for a HIGHER price 200$+, and a later time on my already busy schedule,no discount for the inconvenience, major inconvenience, also said my money would be refunded in 8 days, so they’re holding 1000$ dollars worth of my money while I have to find another car which I couldn’t so now I’m forced to uber the whole time which I didn’t want to do, I worked hard for this, ruined my whole mood for this special trip with my daughter, this was the second cancellation, I’ve never even picked a car up yet, I’ll never use this app again
