Es inútil descargarse esta app para luego q te obliguen a descargar otra y después no hay coches en España ni búsquedad en mi ciudad ni en barcelona, a quien M le interesa coches de USA si estoy en España

Unreliable

Hosts can cancel your reservation at anytime, which makes the whole thing extremely unreliable. Had a car booked months in advance for the host to cancel the trip hours before, left with no alternative. Turo support next to useless. Not worth it, just go with a traditional car hire company.

Totalmente decepcionado

Me da error al alquilar coche, contacto con soporte, me dicen que no pueden hacer nada, que es un fallo del sistema o algo, lo intentamos un buen grupo de personas y todos con el mismo error sin solución.

Miami

Alquilamos un coche en Miami, pagamos todo + seguro. El coche estaba defectuoso, las airbags no funcionaban. Inmediatamente devolvimos el auto, pero el dinero nunca nos devolvió. Hemos sufrido grandes pérdidas. Parece estafa.

Easy and intuitive.

Getting a car is fast and easy. Wide variety and sometimes great deals. You have the possibility to get an insurance if you don’t have one. I’ve done this twice and i would repeat if necessary.

I have used Turo in 3 different ocasions and has been always a success. Safe, affordable and a lot of options according to you needs.

No me ayudan

Llevo 1 semana que la persona que me ha alquilado ha desaparecido y no me contacto. Hoy faltan 24 h no localizo a la persona y la aplicacion no me ayuda, ni la localiza ni me cancela. Estoy muy descontenta y preocupada

Just works as it should

This is the one of a few apps that just work as it is intended to. No stupid bugs, crashes etc. really user friendly and well performing. Except from that Turo is great. Great cars, great communication with hosts and clear rules when renting a car. I hope it will become more popular in Europe soon.
