Turo profite des conditions d'utilisation illisibles pour piéger ses utilisateurs. On réserve facilement, mais on se fait ils ne vérifient pas qu’on rempli les critères, ils en profitent donc pour nous forcer à annuler et facturer des frais derrière. Une façon douteuse de faire de l'argent sur le dos des clients. Pire experience. À fuir.
I like the app because it's convenient, but if this car reservation was canceled by the host, I think we should let them leave a review... Because in my case, the host canceled my reservation because a customer who is already renting a car has extended the period, and the reason is that the customer is far away and he won't be able to come back by the time I rented it, but then it takes me time to find another car and I might have to walk more or take an Uber to rent a similar car, so it's a waste of time and money, which doesn't make any sense.. I think we should be able to share these complaints with other users within the app. 앱이 편리해서 좋기는 한데 만약이 차량예약이 호스트에 의해서 취소가 됬다면 리뷰를 남길 수 있게 해야할 것 같네요... 왜냐면 저 같은 경우 호스트가 이미 차를 빌리고 있는 고객이 기간을 연장했다고 제 예약을 취소해 버렸는데 이유가 해당 고객이 멀리있고, 그사람이 제가 빌린 기간까지 못돌아 올거 같다는데, 저는 그러면 다른 차를 찾는데 시간이 걸리고 비슷한 차를 빌리러 가려면 더 걷거나 우버를 타야할 수도 있어서 시간과 돈이 낭비되는 건데 말이 좀 안되는거 같네요.. 이런 불만사항을 다른 이용자들과 어플 내에서 공유할 수 있게 해야한다고 생각합니다.

My experience with Turo was nothing short of a nightmare. After spending hours until 2 am discussing my issue with their customer agent, they failed to resolve the problem that stemmed from their own errors. When the issue was finally addressed in the morning, the price had skyrocketed due to changes made by Turo, not the host. Despite providing screenshots of my conversation with the customer agent, Turo arrogantly brushed off my request for them to cover the price difference caused by their mistakes. Their smirking indifference and lack of accountability were beyond frustrating. This entire ordeal has left me utterly disappointed, and I have already uninstalled the app. My trust in Turo is shattered, and I will never consider using their service again. One star is generous given the awful and negative experience I endured.

이앱쓰려고 한국에서 국제 면허증 받고왔습니다. 농담아니고 10번 시도 했는데 한국 국적 절대 인증 안됩니다. I have been working for kakao, naver and line. 입력사항에 오류 없고 앱자체가 시간낭비입니다
우선 차량 검색과 예약이 편하고 모든 과정이 온라인으로 쉽게 진행된다. 호스트와의 커뮤니케이션도 잘되고 원하는 시간에 차량을 인도 받아 사용할 수 있었다.
