Fast and easy way to book a rental. Haven’t had any problems with any bookings so far. I love the app. You will need to verify your ID providing security. They do not let you make purchases with prepaid cards so be aware. Hosts will have to send pictures of the car before you pick it up giving you a sense of reassurance. I’m confident this app will keep doing well.

Car owner did not respond to me when my rental started, although i returned the car where I found, Turo app charged me $57 for Improper return location and didn’t refund me and asked for “evidence” when they have return pics, gps on their system. Terrible app, I won’t use it ever.

This is just horrible. My first time ever renting with them, and they put a violation charge on me for smoking $175. The whole trip came out to be $196 plus the violation fee. I made sure to respect their policy of no smoking I don’t even smoke i am 10 weeks pregnant high risk can’t even be around smoke . I called Turo twice to report the person so they don’t keep doing people like this, but they took pics of cigarettes ashes in a cup holder and said I smoked in the car. Just make sure when you rent take pics of everything . Because people will do things to their own rental and get free money. The worst experience ever I wish I could give a negative star!

Implement a live help button to compensate for not having a live person available for customers to speak to. Or have a live person on call available to help. Other than that, app is awesome!
