Mon expérience avec Turo : Points forts et aspects à améliorer
Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec l’application Turo, une plateforme permettant de louer des véhicules entre particuliers. Points positifs : 1.Principe innovant : L’idée de louer des véhicules entre particuliers est excellente. 2.Tarif des assurances : Les prix des assurances pour les véhicules sont corrects et compétitifs. Points négatifs : 1.Manque d’explications sur le processus : J’ai rencontré des difficultés à comprendre le processus de prise en charge du véhicule, car les informations fournies à l’avance étaient insuffisantes. Sur place, je ne savais pas quoi faire, ce qui a été source de stress. 2.Gestion des réclamations de caution : En cas de réclamation de caution, le dossier est transmis à une personne spécifique. Dans mon cas, il était difficile de la joindre et le dossier n’avançait pas sans son intervention. À plusieurs reprises, on m’a promis qu’on me recontacterait pour faire avancer le dossier, mais cela n’a pas été le cas. 3.Suivi des dossiers : J’ai dû contacter plusieurs fois la personne en charge de mon dossier par mail et téléphone pour obtenir des preuves de facturation. Après plusieurs jours d’attente, j’ai finalement reçu une réponse. Environ la moitié du montant de la franchise a été remboursée, les frais de réparation et de changement de la pièce s’élevant à environ 50 euros, plus 90 euros pour le coût du traitement du dossier. Sachant que j’avais déjà payé l’assurance, cette expérience a été décevante. En résumé, j’espère que d’autres utilisateurs auront une meilleure expérience que la mienne.

Je mets 4 étoile pour le bon concept mais déçu car pas opérationnel à Bruxelles ! Dommage !
Facile et moins cher qu’une agence de location
Aucun soucis pour notre voyage à Montréal Tout c’est bien passé
