Simple Control
Use the App to scan your lights’ pairing code and get set up in seconds, then enjoy your smart light-switch. Remotely turn your lights on and off, adjust brightness (trust us they go BRIGHT), and select your color Scenes from anywhere within your home. Group your lights together for joint control with Group Scenes (because we love a team player), or segment by room to keep your lights as organized as you wish your life could be.
Complete Customization
Create custom dynamic Scenes by selecting palettes and colors with the intuitive color wheel, adjusting ratios, and choosing animated motions. Try vibrant RGB hues to set a total vibe, or put the “fun” in functional lighting with the whole range of white color temperatures.
Advanced Automations
Set Schedules to automate your daily lighting needs, from gentle morning light-alarms, to gradually dimming nightly reminders that Holy **** it’s 2AM again, you need to wake up in 4 hours, PLEASE go to sleep.
Now You’re Talking
Connect your lights with your smart home assistant (HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Samsung SmartThings) and use voice commands to control them hands-free. Just say “Hey Siri, turn on my “TGIF” Scene” and instantly enter full relaxation-mode at the end of a long week. The best part of all, you don’t even have to say “Please”... but it’d still be nice if you did though :)

Krijg telkens de melding “device not reachable”. Niks doet het!
Controllers broken

No zigbee support
No zigbee / hue support! Always cant reach errors!
App updates not ok
5 stars for the lights, 1 for the app… Can’t select black in the color picker any longer, slider buttons not working at random, connection lost… All “problems” started after app updates. Please stop nagging me to use thread btw, asking me one single time should be enough.
Connection
In het begin kan je de lightstrip & de hexagon heel makkelijk koppelen met de App. Sinds kort doen de lightstrip & hexagon niet meer in de Nanoleaf App. Ik hen meermalen geprobeerd de lightstrip & hexagon te koppelen volgens de gebruikt aanwijzing, helaas het koppelen werkt niet meer. Zeer frustrerend. Graag uw oplossing.
Slecht na de update
Na de laatste upgrade is de app erg traag geworden, reageert hij soms helemaal niet, verschijnen de ‘schedules’ niet of pas na hele lange tijd. Gaarne ‘goede’ update! (iOS 17.02 & iPhone 14 Pro)
Limited use
The app is basically ok but of limited use, as it mainly provides an interface to apple homekit. To the extent that it does not work on ios 15.7 when HomeKit architecture is upgraded to the ios 16 concept. Would be nice if the app stil functions on earlier os, but in my hands it does not. It gets stuck when starting up, without any info whatsoever as to what happens under the hood of the app
Unstable
Crashes often and cannot connect to the devices 3 out of 5 times.
Barely worked on the galaxy S20+ but slightly better on the iphone 12
Kinda buggy and driving me nuts sometimes, but still enjoy the beautifull lights when they do work correctly.
