HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS DISGUSTING
THEY GAVE ME A COUPON CODE FOR 10 EUROS OFF MY FIRST 2 ORDERS, DIDNT ACCEPT THE ORDERS AND THEN TOOK AWAY MY COUPON CODE. DISGUSTING APP, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE GLOVO INSTEAD
BAD SERVICE! The app is not accepting any mode of payment.
I have been trying place an order for a very long time and I’m unable to.my promo code expires soon and I don’t want it to go to waste! Uber it’s it not letting me add any card as means of payment and is not accepting cash. It’s like they don’t want me to use the discount at all. Also they don’t have a customer service where I can chat with them ! Outrageous. At least keep your app updated!

Worst Experience
This is, without a doubt, the worst grocery delivery service out there. Uber Groceries is an outright scam! No matter what you order, they consistently deliver the wrong items—every single time. It’s not just me, this has happened to many of my friends too! And the worst part? They refuse to replace the wrong items or offer any refund. It’s like they simply don’t care about their customers or delivering what was actually ordered. This isn’t a one-time thing either—it’s happened multiple times. It honestly feels like they’re purposefully ripping people off. Order or use this service at your own risk. You’ll be left with nothing but frustration and incorrect groceries. Avoid this service at all costs, unless you enjoy wasting money and being disappointed!
Order incomplete
My last order from Boots was incomplete. It is sad to see that the HELP button is freezes and doesn’t let me resolve my case. The cough syp ordered was missing from my order delivered by your agent
Biggest Scam App ever
I have placed an order from Dominos which is 15 mins away from my home. When I tried to contact the support regarding my order they all follow a script saying they are trying to reach the restaurant and after some time they say we couldn’t contact the restaurant so we could offer you 20% uber credit refund When I called the Dominos directly they said they never received any order from uber eats.
Having issue with driver
Driving purposefully keep moving forward when I am trying to reach him to pick my food.
