App keeps crashing trying to verify my profile.

My food came completely wrong, my refund will be made in 10 days. When I contact support, it is not possible to talk to a human, I am dealing with robots. My order is not corrected, the refund is days later.... So if I don't have any other money, will I sit hungry? I ordered from another app, I will never use Uber Eats again!!!!!

I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing but where I’m from we tip when someone goes above and beyond their job description. If they simply do what they are literally paid to do that’s how it’s supposed to be. I am shocked and confused by this app asking me to tip someone that I’ve never met and hasn’t done anything for me yet. Or is it bribing them to not spit in my food? Or to deliberately take forever for the delivery because they weren’t satisfied with the size of my donation? WTF

Installed the app only to try the promotion codes that i received. Both codes don't work. So it is just a commercial scam

Супер недоволни останахме от самата апликация и от доставчика. Ситуацията е такава: с приятеля ми сме на почивка в лисабон и решихме да си поръчаме през сайта им, но никъде не ми поискаха адрес или локация и ми стана странно, но реших за всеки случай преди да платя да напиша в детайлите адреса, но доставчика не е решил да погледне. Платихме я онлайн поръчката и след 25 мин доставчика ми пише, че е пристигнах и аз го питам къде понеже не го виждаме и казва, че е на 10 км от нас адрес който не знаем как е получил и няма как да ни докара храната на нашия адрес защото е много далеч и да се свържа със съпорта. Писах им, почаках си и никой не ми отговаряше, а доставчика ми дава зор, при което той ми пише че няма какво да направи и ми оставя платената поръчка на 10 км от мен на земята и ми го снима. При което пиша отново на съпорт и първия път ми отговориха, че нищо не могат да направят и мога само да оценя заведението, но защо заведението????? Те с нищо не са виновни. И пиша отново на съпорта им и ми отговарят пак, че няма какво да направяш. Е какво искате да ми кажете, че съм платила ядене и някой си го е хапнал. А аз?????

I live in the Netherlands and when I apply the 15% promotion off, it does not allow me and it’s likely because my telephone number is not a Netherlands number, but EU number.

Do not recommend to order from uber eats because probably if you do your food will be delayed and the support is not answering!

First time user, one star is too much. As the title suggests, we ordered stuff that were not at all delivered. We suspect the driver kept the order to themselves as it was a big one, instead, he delivered us something that was in his bag for 2 hours prior to us even registering on this app and ordering (if the receipt on the bag is any indication). We ordered 5 burgers, 2 fries, 1 bevarage, and we received a burger and fries. Laughable. Upon delivery, we asked the driver if that is all to our order, he said Yes and rushed away (literally drove away). After we cross-checked the order, we contacted both the driver and uber eats. Driver did not help us when we contacted him, Uber just sent us the same template twice. Actually rubbish. Do NOT use, even if there are no alternatives. It would be better to stay hungry than experience whatever this is.

I tried ordering three separate times from different profiles with a coupon. It turns out the coupons were totally fake! Don’t ever order from them!
