Declining all payment methods
Very bad and unfriendly for users. Constantly declining all payment methods with no valid reasons. Removed the app, and its payment methods but it still isn’t working.

2/3 orders have missing/wrong items and Uber eats have slow response times
The rider was so irresponsible, dishonest and did not deliver the food. Uber did not even try to resolve the issue. All they said was: We reviewed your order again and can confirm that it isn't eligible for a refund. The delivery partner followed our policy and waited the required amount of time at the delivery address before marking the order as completed. -Uber Support Our system provided this response based on your issue. RIDICULOUS. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON EXISTENT.
Using it in Singapore to order food for my partner in Australia, very convenient that it’s an international app

Ordered food and after 1 hr, the driver said the restaurant did not receive my order which I have already made a payment online. Service agent was rude. Did not bother to call and clarify with the restaurant and just decided to cancel my order without consulting me. He just cut me offline after.
Literally the worst platform ever with 0 customers service support! Filed a complaint regarding amount wrongly charge and customer service just close the case for nothing! Guys please do not use this app anymore!
So far so good until 21jan. Ordered Uber eats and 7-11 in the same bill as suggested by the app. PayPal was mode of payment. All payment went through except the tip which made me feel bad for the delivery person. Checked with my PayPal setup and all was good. Took me several tries to pay before it went through successfully. I screenshot my PayPal which had all payments including tips charged accordingly. Closed and open Uber app and it finally showed all payment. Read the FAQs on payment and authorisation but no such type of incident i faced was available. Glad that all has been settled because I just want to make sure no one including me owes nobody nothing. Maybe an update or a patch may be in order. Thank u.
Placed and order, paid using credit card. However the order just disappeared from record on the App. And there is no way you can get any info or help. This is such a poorly thought app and service. Now i have to remember and check my credit card bill by the end of month.
