I got charged for cancelling the order 30 sec after placing the order ( I ordered wrong item) I tried to contact support for 3 hours still no response this app they only care how to take your money and if they got it they act like they scammed you and they don't know you (I'm still trying to reach customer support 3 hours 40 min ... )

beware of thieft on this app
this morning i ordered from a bakery and the rider kept roaming around my street while i kept trying to contact him. he eventually put a "delivered" message and attached a picture of a bike. nothing was delivered nor did he reply to my messages. when i tried telling the app they told me that since the driver put delivered then my order is not eligible for a refund. while i clearly sent them a photo of the driver posting a picture of his bike while claiming that my food was delivered!!!
Thieves
Simply they stole my money The order took 40 mins more than expected I asked for help The customer service agent said if it’s not arrived in 4:10 we can fix it So I waited more and then it’s still not here The problem was the app shows that i got the food but I didn’t I asked them and they say we can’t get u a refund it’s already completed All in all, I clearly just pay approximately 40$ for nothing :)

It would be great to have more options at like mcdonalds to add extra cheese or to add more sauces to the burgers
Horrible experience
When delivery came they said they can’t give the order because of some id issue in their system. Vodka ordered was cheaper version of what was ordered. My husband had to go to the store to fight and get the order. (Even if wrong ). Save your time and money

It was working first day then when i add multiple master card said invalid and their are an issues , so whats wrong ? Their a money in my accounts in UsDollars and also another currency!!!!!! How can you help me?
