Uber Eats: Food & Groceries

The worst support ever! Delivery guy marks the delivery as DONE but actually it’s not, and then drops all my calls. No reaction from support during 1 hour.

Made an order and part of it was just cancelled without being asked or replacement offered.

Very ignorant customer service and issues with payment methods and promo codes while ordering food. I will definitelly use other food delivery services from now on

Unfortunately got food delivered to the wrong address, haven’t got my order at all in the end, and after requesting a refund, it was denied of any kind of compensation, even not a discount for a next order. Not recommending it if you don’t want to be left without food and money.

Только скачали и зарегестрировались так нас сразу же обманули, купон на первую скидку доставки не работает. Сразу же вернулись в Wolt, не рекомендуем, тк сразу же при входе в это приложение вас обманывают.

Two times tried to order by this app and all the time was the problem (Antwerpen). First time waiting for order, not received order, any calls nothing - but money gone. The second time tried to order rum waiting 50 minutes instead of 10-25 which was showed in app. Was not possible to contact the shop, Uber support also was not possible to contact the shop. And the only one solution which they offer for me, it’s cancel order with additional fee for me. Not normal support, not normal attitude, they are work with some fraudulent companies

A coupon you did not ask for ir granted to you, you cannot remove it from your order summary and upon payment and order placement it gives out error, asking to remove thw coupon to proceed. As a result - app is not usable.

Per my first order it is said that I can use friends discount code, It did not work. I tried to apply other vouchers I had and none of them worked. Quite big disappointment in such highly rated service, when I can't claim the offers they advertise so much...
